The Champion Jr. Women’s Club’s Vision of Trees will take place this weekend.
The 15th annual event will run Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Earlier this year, the Imperial city council approved a bid from Sargent Irrigation of $275,762.50 for a new water well.
Wauneta’s annual Santa Saturday Christmas celebration will kick off Saturday afternoon.
Unlike in past years, this year’s celebration will be held all on one day.

Pinnacle Bank is seeking coats, snow pants and coveralls during their annual coat drive to help others stay warm during the winter season. Items need to be smoke free and can be new or used.
