Chase County brought home six medals from the Southern Valley Invite and just missed taking the team title by two and a half points. The Longhorns took 20 wrestlers who competed.
The Lady Longhorns came up against a couple very good class C-1 teams last week. Sidney started it’s year out with four straight wins, while Ogallala sits at 3-1.
The Wauneta-Palisade girls basketball team improved to 3-2 on the season with two wins and one loss at last week’s Cattle Trail Tournament.
