WP and Imperial FFA win district LDE events

The Chase County girls’ basketball team is on a four game winning streak after a victory over North Platte St. Pat’s Friday. CCS has gone 10-1 since the new year began.
Nine youths who were accurate on their free throws advanced to the next level of competition in the Knights of Columbus free throw shooting contest.
“Color Palette,” an acrylic painting, earned Kate Parrish the Wauneta-Palisade school medal at the RPAC Art Contest.
The contest was held Jan. 20 at Cambridge. WP took 10 pieces.
