Nebraska Game and Parks launches new permit system

Nebraska Game and Parks Commissioner rolled out a new system for buying permits  last week.
The current system will remain operational through Jan. 31, 2023.
In the hopes of being more user-friendly, the new system includes park entry permits and fishing, hunting and fish/hunt combo permits, just like the previous system.
The new website will also include 2023 Senior Permits, 2023 Veterans renewals, 2023 Fur Harvest Permits, 2023 Habitat, Waterfowl and Aquatic Invasive Species Stamps, plus Lifetime Hunting, Fishing and Fish/Hunt Permits, Lifetime Habitat and Waterfowl Stamps, Lifetime Resident Fur Harvest Permits and 2023 Apprentice Certificates.
The new website can be accessed at www.gooutdoorsne.com.
New customers will need to setup an account. People who have bought permits online since 2016 can use their current account.
