See fair’s photo contest winners in exhibit building

    This week, fairgoers have a chance to view the winners and all of entries submitted in the 2022 Chase County Fair photo contest.
    Lana Stromberger’s beef animal silhouette was chosen Best of Show, after also winning the “Cows Around” division. Best of Show was picked from the four category winners.
    Stromberger will receive  $50  as the Best of Show winner. First, second and third place in each category will be awarded $40, $30 and $20.
    The photos will be displayed in the exhibit building along with all of the 4-H and open class exhibits, said contest coordinator Samie Johnson.
    There were 24 entries.
