Piano, violin concert in Wauneta to feature Kevin, Heidi Cheng

An evening of music and fellowship is coming up this Saturday, beginning at 6 p.m., as the Wauneta United Methodist Church hosts violin and piano duo Kevin and Heidi Cheng.
There is no charge to attend. The concert is being provided free of charge to the people of southwest Nebraska by the Wauneta UMC in celebration of Mother’s Day.
The Chengs are classically trained musicians who live in eastern Nebraska and perform throughout the Midwest. Kevin, a native of Taiwan, is a master of the piano, and Heidi is a master of the violin.
Light refreshments will be served by Wauneta UMC members. The church is located at 162 W. Wichita Street, east of the school. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
