Chamber chooses salon Klassy Kreations for April recognition

Klassy Kreations’ story began 12 years ago when co-owners Karra Meeske and Kristi McNair had an opportunity to buy a salon.
“Kristi and I saw the opportunity, so we jumped on it,” said Meeske.
Meeske and McNair are both licensed hair stylists with Jennifer Beemer as a third stylist who also schedules appointments at the salon, Meeske said.
“Our services include all forms of hair care, waxing and ear piercing—everything but nails,” she said.
The signature line of hair care products carried at Klassy Kreations is L’anza, plus a variety of other brands for sale.
Klassy Kreations has a somewhat distinctive business format centered around the stylists’ families, Meeske said.
“We don’t have regularly scheduled hours. We see clients by appointment only. We list our phone numbers on the business answering machine, and clients call whichever stylist they want to schedule an appointment with,” she said.
Each stylist takes care of their own client needs, she added.
