Students head east for FFVF trip

Students and sponsors left Wednesday for the Chase County Chapter of Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge (FFVF) trip.
Students on this year’s experience include Madison Schuller, Mason Nordhausen, Dylan Dreiling, Bennett Bauerle, Parker Dillan and Hannah Meeske.
Dillan and Meeske were the 80 percent scholarship winners.
Karl and Kara Meeske are traveling with the students as sponsors.
The group was originally scheduled to leave today (Thursday) to fly out of Denver, but left Wednesday morning instead due to possible weather complications.
