On April 11 parents, grandparents and friends enjoyed “Ms Phyllis Mock’s” students performing in their spring recital. “The Star Spangled Banner,” played by Jason Fortkamp, led the way.
Imperial residents will soon have a familiar outlet for entertainment back to nearly a pre-COVID schedule when the Imperial Theatre reopens this month.

Committee members of the Imperial Community Foundation Fund (ICFF) agreed without hesitation to sponsor Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL) program.
Winners were announced in the 2021 annual poster contest celebrating National Ag Week in March, and one of them is a local student.
