Rehab funds available for one more home in Imperial

    West Central Nebraska Development District (WCNDD), Inc. has funds remaining for one more home in the regional owner-occupied housing rehabilitation program.  
    Homeowners must live in the home, be income-qualified and be in the municipal limits of Imperial. Gross income for a family of four cannot be greater than $85,920. Applications will be received on a first-come, first-served basis.
    The maximum allowable funding per home rehab is $25,000, given in the form of a forgivable loan.
    Applications can be picked up at the city offices at 740 Court Street, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The application period opened March 2 and will remain open until the spot is filled.
