EyeLookGood! opens in Wauneta

A new business called EyeLookGood! LLC has opened in Wauneta at 308 N Tecumseh Ave, Suite 2.
The owner is Renny Allen who held an open house for the public Saturday.
She said she had a great turnout and was grateful for the community support.
EyeLookGood! is an essential eye wear company that offers a wide variety of frame styles, lenses and contacts.
“We are devoted to providing our customers with unique, attainable eye wear along with a level of unmatched service,” Allen said.
She said her goal is to have hours that benefit her customers rather than herself.
“I want to take care of people the way they need to be so they are happy,” she added. “This is important to me.”
Allen has lived in Wauneta 27 years.
“I have wanted to open an in-store business like this for a long time,” she said.
With the help and support of her husband Donny building frame displays for the store, she said she was excited to finally be able to offer this service to area people.
Allen said the store is set up so customers can sit and browse frames in a safe environment.
“Customers can make an appointment to order new glasses and contacts by simply bringing in a current prescription from their eye doctor,” she said.
Even though she would prefer appointments, walk-ins are always welcome, she added.
The turn-around to receive orders is about a week, Allen said.
Business hours for the shop are Monday and Friday from 2:30 to 8 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
“If anyone has an emergency and needs to fix their glasses during holidays or off hours, they can call me,” she said.
