Chase County 4-H & FFA Beef Weigh-In set for Feb. 6

    The Chase County 4-H Market Beef Weigh-In is set for Saturday, Feb. 6, from 9-11 a.m. in Imperial at Imperial  Auction Market.
    All Chase County 4-H and FFA members planning to exhibit market heifers or market steers are invited to weigh-in, tag and identify their projects at this time.
    Youths planning to exhibit at the Nebraska State Fair will also be required to collect hair samples for DNA purposes. There will be a handling fee for each animal identified to exhibit at these shows. Cost will be paid online by the exhibitor.
    Those who cannot make it to the market beef weigh-in in Imperial should call Debbie Kuenning, Extension Educator at the Chase County Extension Office, for other arrangements.
