CSO, Wild West all-star game rosters announced

    Area seniors will soon be dusting off their volleyball and basketball shoes now that they’ve accepted invitations to area all-star games this summer.
    The CSO basketball game in Cambridge will be May 26.
    The West girls roster includes Bryn McNair, Chase County; Cali Cox, Wauneta-Palisade; Tayden Kirchner, Ogallala; Kiley Hejtmanek, Olivia Hansen and Ashlin Broz, Maywood/Hayes Center; Tonja Heirigs, North Platte St. Pat’s; Tahlia Stienbeck, Hershey; Karlie Finley, Wallace; and Shawna Wilkinson, McCook.
    The East girls roster includes Jacey Kent, Cambridge; Jersie Hermanson, Loomis; Ellarey Harm and Kynlee Strauser, Gothenburg; Lani Meier, Elm Creek; Zoey Evans, Hi-Line; Megan Dyer, Cozad, Addison Neal, Alma; Caylin Barnett, Southwest; and Emerson Swanson, Arapahoe.
    On the West boys side will is Kade Anderson, Chase County; Jeron Gager, Ogallala; Harmon Johnsen, Sutherland, Zarek Branch and Andrew Broius, NPSP; Isiah Fox, Paxton; Hayden Kramer, MHC; Trey Robertson, Wallace; Evan Humphrey and Adam Dugger, McCook.
    Playing for the East side will be Will Taylor, Cambridge; Wes Trompke, Loomis; Jackson Hinrichs, Holdrege; Carter Erickson and Trent Watkins, Elm Creek; Wes Geiken, Gothenburg; Daud Daud and Dru Truax, Lexington; Peyton Herrick, Alma; and Hunter Cunningham, Southwest.
    The 7th Annual Wild West volleyball game is scheduled for June 24 at McCook Community College.
    Area players representing the West are Halle Bardsley and Cox, WP; McNair and Liz Reeves, CCS; plus Hejtmanek, Steinbeck, Hansen, Broz and Sutherland’s Lacey Bruner and NPSP’s Mae Siegel.
    On the East team will be Swanson, Dyer, Evans, Barnett, and Breelle Miller, Cambridge; Mataya Stubbs, Maxwell; Milla Farr, Medicine Valley; Joy Rippen and Gracelyn Wiemers, McCook; and Regan Schroeder, Cozad.
