General spring registration opens at MPCC

General registration for spring classes at Mid-Plains Community College has started.
The first round of classes begins in January, and students are encouraged to sign up early for any they plan to take.
A variety of formats are available to make pursuing a higher education convenient and accessible for both traditional and non-traditional students. On-site, online, distance learning and hybrid options are offered.
Mid-Plains also has a dual credit program that allows high school students to take classes that count toward both high school and college credits simultaneously.
An admissions application can be found under the “apply now” tab on the college’s website: www.mpcc.edu. A course schedule can be viewed under the “academics” section of the website.
It’s recommended that those interested in registering make an appointment with an advisor first by calling 308-535-3601 or 308-535-3701 in North Platte or 308-345-8101 in McCook.
MPCC provides numerous scholarships, grants and loans to those who qualify. More information about financial assistance is available at 308-535-3714 in North Platte or 308-221-6444 in McCook.
