Perkins-Chase Livestock Judging team PASE state runners up

The Perkins-Chase Livestock Judging Team and Coach Regan Gittlein have wrapped up a successful season.
The Livestock Judging Team received second place at the Premier Animal Science Event competition held on the UNL Campus June 22. The Perkins-Chase team will represent Nebraska at the American Royal in Kansas City in October. Team members include Mandy Sandoval, Tessa Smith, Jayme Gittlein, Odessa Zadina and Brylie Robinson.
This Perkins-Chase team was only 14 points behind the State Champion Team from Buffalo County, 2170-2156.
Individually, Robinson finished 3rd High Overall, 8th High Cattle, 9th High Sheep/Goat, 5th High Swine and 7th High Reasons.
Sandoval placed 9th High Overall, 1st High Sheep/Goat and 18th High Reasons.
Smith was 5th High Overall, 6th High Cattle and 9th High Swine.
Gittlein placed 3rd High Sheep/Goats and 14th High Reasons.
Zadina finished 17th High Overall, 20th High Cattle and 18th High Swine.
