McCrumb’s fifth-place finish highlights WP’s day at CCS Invite

The Chase County Girls only had six wrestlers entered at the home meet and finished in a respectable fifth place.
Five of the six girls finished with medals.
The Wauneta-Palisade girls basketball team’s struggles in 2024 continued Friday with a 37-52 home loss to Perkins County (8-5).
Thursday Jan. 11 the Longhorn Girls Basketball Team (5-6) traveled to Perkins County to take on the Plainsmen (7-4).
The Longhorns (4-6) traveled to Grant (8-3) last Thursday, Jan. 11, for a game with the Plainsmen.
