Spanish service added at Crossroads Wesleyan

    Beginning this Saturday evening at 7 p.m., Crossroads Wesleyan Church (CWC), 1710 Wesley Dr., will have its first Spanish church service.
    Every Saturday evening will alternate between a church service and a bible study in Spanish, said Alex Gebert, Crossroads Wesleyan pastor.
    “Our whole mission at Crossroads is to reach people with the Gospel,” he said.
    There are many Spanish speaking people and people from Spanish-speaking countries in this community, he said.
    “We, as a church, want to minister to the whole community, which they are a big part of that whole,” he said.
    Pastor Gebert said the additional church service attendees will be welcomed into the CWC family, “our family.”
    “I have been praying and working on this for over a year and a half,” he said. “Everything fell into place when God said it was time.”
    “We want to invite any Spanish speaking people in the community who don’t already have a church home to become a part of our family and come to the services and bible studies,” he said.
