Saturday ‘Sell-A-Bration’ set for courthouse lawn

The Southwest Nebraska Entrepreneurs (SWNE) home-based businesses and crafters will be celebrating with a Summer-Sell-A-Bration on the courthouse lawn Saturday.
Twenty-one booths will be set up displaying their goods from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The selections of wares will include metal-works and horseshoe art to goat soap products, table runners, pet beds and blankets, bed frames, woodcrafts, doll clothes, baked goods and more.
There will be something for everyone, said Gayla Mayden, SWNE member.
Live music by “Lighthouse 3113,” from Holyoke, will be on hand from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. providing a variety of songs from different eras of music.
“Anyone else who would like to set up a booth to display handmade items can speak with one of the SWNE members that day. The fee for a booth is $30,” said Mayden.
Cindy Lou’s from Holyoke, Colorado will also be on site offering food and beverages.
Door prizes will be offered by individual booths at the owner’s discretion.
The event is the same day as  Smokin’ on Broadway in Imperial, adding to many activities for the community that day.
The next SWNE event is its Christmas Festival Nov. 9 at the city gym.
