Lincoln County man dies from COVID-19

As COVID-19 continues its course across the United States, Nebraska reported its fourth death from the virus.

Deaths include residents of Douglas, Hall, Lincoln and Buffalo counties.

West Central District Health Department in North Platte reported the death Monday of a Lincoln County man, who was elderly and suffered from underlying health conditions.

Tuesday night, Two Rivers Public Health Department officials confirmed the death of a man in his 90s from Buffalo County.

As of Wednesday morning, no cases were reported in the nine-county area of Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department.

Those counties include Chase, Dundy, Frontier, Furnas,  Hayes,  Hitchcock,  Keith, Perkins and Red Willow.
