Chase County trio picked for SPVA conference first teams

    Chase County placed three basketball players on their respective first teams of the SPVA conference and six total on the conference lists.
    Seniors Alexis Richmond and Cedric Maxwell and sophomore Bryn McNair were first team selections.
    The boys’ selections were a senior heavy group. Four of the five first team members and 10 athletes total were seniors. Chase County’s Kade Anderson, honorable mention, was the only sophomore named to the boys’ squad.
    The girls’ teams told a different story. Richmond was the only senior on the first team and one of five seniors total. Junior Jordan Jablonski was honorable mention.
